1 Definitions

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, voiding of all associated winnings, and permanent ban from the platform. 4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fb977 account credentials, including your username and password. fb977 strongly recommends that Players:

• Log out of their account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the fb977 platform is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method used and the Player's account verification status. fb977 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time and without prior notice, including for individual accounts where risk management considerations apply.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's fb977 Account in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Business Day to credit. fb977 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fb977 accepts no responsibility.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name. fb977 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation. Players must not use deposits as a mechanism for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose. fb977 will report any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected to money laundering or financial crime to the relevant authorities.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your fb977 Account, you must have completed the platform's standard KYC verification process. fb977 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit — before processing any withdrawal request.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timelines

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The standard withdrawal processing timeline is as follows:

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable Wagering Requirement for that bonus has been met in full. Any withdrawal request made before a Wagering Requirement is satisfied may result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by fb977 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these General Terms and Conditions. Where a conflict exists between the general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. 7.3 Bonus Expiry

7.4 Abuse of Promotions

fb977 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close a Player's Account if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

Where fb977 determines that a Player has engaged in any of the above conduct, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account immediately, void all pending and historical winnings, and retain any balance associated with the prohibited activity. fb977 may also refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fb977's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to fb977 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb977 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not such losses were foreseeable:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data on a Player's device.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
• Actions taken by fb977 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, bonus voiding, or withdrawal processing delays where such actions are warranted under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits fb977's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their fb977 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, fb977 will process the closure within 5 Business Days. Any Real-Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification obligations being satisfied.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by fb977

fb977 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraud or money laundering, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to fb977 or other Players. In such cases, fb977 may withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fb977 will notify the Player at their registered email address prior to applying any inactive account administration fee. The administration fee, where applicable, will be deducted from the Account Balance at a rate set out in the current fee schedule communicated at the time of the notification.

14 Privacy & Data

fb977 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at fb977.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
